HANDBOOK FOR ORGANISERS
In short, the eBrevet web application is an administrative system for ACP-approved brevets, developed free of charge on behalf of the Randonneurs Sverige association with the support of the ACP’s representative in Sweden. The web application includes the following features:
- Route builder (route for digital brevet cards)
- Brevet calendar with registration and payment service
- Live tracking of participants during events
- Administrative tools for organisers
- Event management tools for volunteers
- ACP reporting
- Results pages

Organisers
If you are an organiser and would like to try out the eBrevet web application, please send an email to info@ebrevet.org to receive your login details, an online presentation and instructions.

THE eBREVET WEBSITE
For participants, the eBrevets website contains the following:
- Registration calendar
- Live tracking page
- Results lists
- Manual
- Login details for the digital brevet card
Registration calendar
In the registration calendar, participants register for brevets and login details for a digital brevet card are sent to them in a confirmation email after registering.

Registration form
When registering, participants provide their contact details, which the organisers use for reporting purposes and to send out medals, etc.

Live Tracking
Events managed via eBrevet can be followed live on the website.

Live tracking at controls
Each control has a live view showing participants arriving at the control, participants currently at the control, and participants who have left the control.

Results lists
eBrevet displays results lists on three levels: a results list sorted by each individual organiser, a results list for each individual brevet, and a digital eBrevet card for each individual participant.

GUIDE FOR ORGANISERS
For organisers who have logged in to the eBrevets website, there is an overview page – an Admin Dashboard – which displays, amongst other things, statistics for the organiser’s brevets, registrations and results. In the column to the left, there are functions for managing:
1. Participants
2. Courses and registration calendar
3. System maintenance
4. Staffed controls
5. Reporting

2 – COURSES
The course list shows all the courses created by the organiser.

When new courses are created, they are added to the registration calendar.

Tracks can be created, for example, by importing GPX files or by copying tracks.

The ‘Courses on map’ view shows all the courses that the organiser can manage.

Clicking on a track displays the track’s controls.

3 – SYSTEM
The ‘Controls’ view displays the organiser’s controls.

The ‘Clubs’ view displays controls in the system with an ACP code.

The ‘Event Groups’ view displays the organiser’s groups of events. An example of a group might be ‘Brevet series 2027’.

4 – VOLUNTEER
For brevets with manned controls, volunteers can coordinate the event via a dedicated page.

5 – REPORTING
Completed brevets can be reported directly to ACP or exported to a CSV file for manual reporting.

Homologation numbers from completed brevets can be imported into eBrevet if they are not added via direct reporting to ACP, server-to-server.
